We are looking to employ a self-motivated, problem-solving, friendly admin Assistant who is willing to learn and exceed their day-to-day duties.

**Duties include but are not limited to the following**:

- Assist with preparation of orders and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Ensuring invoices and statements are correct
- Ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded daily and weekly
- Allocating of invoices to different branches
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Conduct the office administration
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with team members, and management
- Maintaining the filing system and keep it organized
- Other adhoc duties as and when required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Own transport - Essential
- Competent with office programs such as Excel
- Excellent English
- Able to work shifts

**Skills ** Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Strong judgment and problem-solving
- Excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills (verbal and written)

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred, not required)
