Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO at Citizens Advice BANES. This role will involve providing company secretarial tasks and trustee board duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with fundraising initiatives.
- Maintenance of up-to-date governance documents for the trustees.
- Working on delegated projects and research to support the CEO in meeting preparations.
- Typing up documents and notes as required.
- Coordination of CEO/general projects.
Requirements:
We require a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment, preferably as an executive assistant. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and have knowledge of standard office admin practices and procedures. Experience of working with a board of trustees within a charity would be a significant advantage.
