Options resourcing are recruiting for a **Operations Coordinator** in **Bridgwater.**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Prepare Risk & Method Statements for project installations.
- Collate and record vehicle tracking information.
- Client feedback/Non-Conformances/Incoming inspections.
- Customer service (returns/replacements).
- Stock control reporting
- Administration of orders with third party logistics partners.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with our key accounts.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and compliant.
- Assist with the receiving/booking in of goods
- Project Scheduling.
- Close liaison with subcontractors for the supply of installation teams, delivery vehicles andstock
- Internal status reports on projects to Sales, Procurement and Operations Teams. Liaison with clients to enable onboarding / induction processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22.00-£23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barnstaple: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 5 years (required)
