Giraffe CCTV is a rapidly growing technology, software, and industrial design company focused on the mobile security industry. We supply products to security businesses and manufacturers in the USA and the UK, with plans to expand to Europe and the Middle East. Our key products include the Edge Controller (our proprietary software), the Mobile Security Unit (a modular CCTV unit), and the Solar CCTV Tower (also used for industrial lighting).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Goods In/Goods Out Coordinator to join our small and dynamic team. You should have an interest in technology and a willingness to learn new skills. This role is crucial to our operations and offers an opportunity to grow with Giraffe CCTV.

Responsibilities:Check-In Goods:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Export Goods: Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of export documentation (UK exports).
- ERP System Management: Enter and update inventory data in the ERP system. Generate and analyse reports as needed.
- Stock Management: Organise stock in the warehouse for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Inventory Organisation and Tracking: Label and track inventory items to maintain accurate records. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP records.

**Education and Experience**:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.

Other qualifications are a plus.

**Schedule**:
7.5 hours Per day, Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Some Overtime Required.

Salary depending on experience.
