**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Projects Coordinator to act as the key point of contact for order to cash inquiries for Capital and Marine project orders.

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure that Project & Marine orders placed with the division are aligned to quoted specifications and lead times prior to acknowledgement of the purchase order (PO).
- To negotiate with sales companies on any contractual differences identified between quote & PO, resolving to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- To acknowledge orders once all parties agree on terms and conditions & ensure that company processes are followed for invoicing purposes.
- To update field project managers, product managers, sales companies and division management of progress of all open orders from acknowledgement to invoicing.
- To notify all parties of any delays / potential delays and to ensure that all possible actions to ensure on time delivery have been taken by division.
- To collate documentation & certification as required and to organise and host third party inspections as required.
- To ensure any changes in supply dates, whether instigated by division or the customer are updated by the sales company to prevent late backlog arrears.
- To drive the performance of the order to cash projects business forwards, ensuring that future business is forthcoming based on customer satisfaction.
- To ensure orders are compliant with export regulations and customers shipping instructions.

**Qualifications**
- You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with JDE and or SAP would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics would be beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to the Sheffield location for scheduled visits as required.
