Acorn Recruitment is looking for an Administrator/Coordinator for a company based in Barnstaple.
Key Responsibilities:

- To act as the main point of contact for customers, sub-contractors, internal customers, operatives and stakeholders.
- To manage the day to day running of the key works streams including, responsive maintenance, empty homes and planned improvements programs.
- To raise work orders, including a detailed & accurate description, while allocating the correct SORs.
- Ensuring all communications with customers are logged and detailed within housing management systems. Ensuring all works orders are closed correctly and the appropriate codes are claimed for by the operatives.
- To organise appointments and manage work diaries for all operational areas in an efficient and effective manner to achieve KPI's, considering skill-set, duration of work and location.
Person Specification:

- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced reactive environment.
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent telephone manner for speaking with customers
- Booking, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Experience within the construction/maintenance industry is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer services role is essential
- Good IT skills and able to use CRM's and Microsoft programs
