Well you’re in luck We’re now on the lookout for a friendly, efficient and reliable new colleague to join our amazing team in **Aberdeen** as Branch Administrator on a part-time (30 hours per week) basis.

**The Role**

As Branch Administrator, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day administration tasks of our Aberdeen City South & South Aberdeenshire Branch.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role and you’ll act as a central point of contact within our branch, coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

- Supporting our services and Branch Leader with administrative tasks
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Banking & finances
- Minute-taking
- Managing staff files
- Maintaining Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) information
- Scheduling and planning meetings
- Answering the telephone

**About You**

**What we’ll need you to bring: -**
- Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
- Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels

**Shift patterns**

Your contracted hours will be worked over 4 week days between the hours of 0830/0900 - 1630/1700 hours.
