Duties of Transport Administrator:
This is a varied role within busy transport department to be developed working across planning transport deliveries/collections and will involve some general accounts duties as well as;
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Preparing job cards
- General administration
- Accounts, invoices to branches for all delivery and collections of moved vehicles
- Preparing spreadsheet
- Liaising with Transporter delivery company for cost and collections and delivery time and date
- Liaising with branches to plan planned collections and deliveries
- Liaising with branches for cost of collecting and delivering off sold units and dealer swaps
- Liaising with drivers to let them know planned work for the day or week

The successful Transport Administrator will have:

- Experience within similar role or logistics, knowledge of geographical location, would be advantageous.
- Having a strong work ethic within a team
Being reliable is a key attribute
Willing to learn new skills to enhance your progression
Strong writing & communication skills
