**The role includes**:

- Checking supplier acknowledgements and updating system
- Expedite overdue items and update notes within our back office system
- Assisting the Procurement Team with sourcing of products
- Sales administration support eg opening of new accounts, updating addresses, cost centres
- Update and maintain the company database, CRM for both purchasing and sales
- Assisting with tenders and contracts

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office would be beneficial.

HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours, Monday - Friday
