**Job Title: Adults - CQC Strategic Improvement Lead**
**Job Location: Medway**
**Contract Length & Rate: 6 months contract, up to £32 p/h**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Social Care senior professional to join our team as a CQC Strategic Improvement Lead. This critical role will provide leadership and direction to support the Adult Social Care division in preparing for CQC assessment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic improvement programme across Adult Social Care to ensure readiness for the CQC Assurance Framework inspection.
- Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of relevant plans, processes, systems, data governance, and evidential documentation.
- Work closely with the ASC Leadership Team, providing planning, control, and leadership to drive the delivery of the Action Plan.
- Lead inspection readiness activities for various staff groups, supporting coordination and engagement.
- Conduct readiness briefings for staff and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the auditing program for case tracking samples and evidence logs.
- Advise the senior leadership team on CQC compliance matters and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive support, regular reporting on progress, and resolution of risks and issues.
- Prepare reports with recommendations to influence senior managers.
- Develop and manage post-inspection improvement planning and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Adult Social Care.
- Excellent understanding of the CQC assurance process.
- Significant experience managing at a senior level and delivering complex programmes of work.
- Self-reliant, driven, and capable of leading strategic initiatives.
