About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the Regional Commissioning Team operates at its peak performance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions, including:

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership to a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business plans and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing the management of key operational processes, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivating strong relationships and collaborations with stakeholders across diverse sectors.

About You

As a successful candidate, you possess:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading and managing complex systems and processes within demanding environments.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A tertiary or professional qualification in a relevant field.
