Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive volunteering strategy to engage and retain volunteers
  • Provide professional advisory services to volunteers and staff on best practices in volunteer management
  • Lead and manage a team of volunteers to achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote volunteering opportunities and initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteering programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in volunteer management and development
