Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position located at our office in Colchester_._

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Manage and organize office records and files
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday.
