**Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 remote**

This newly created role will be stand-alone therefore you will be managing your own workload and using your initiative. Duties include:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Maintaining HR systems
- Organising disciplinary meetings and note taking
- Providing basic advice on HR policies and procedures
- Administration of volunteers
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrate substantial HR administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to use initiative and work with mínimal supervision
