**Overview**:
BramahHR are recruiting for a dynamic HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the HR systems and practices within a fast-paced, growing organisation. This position combines HR generalist tasks and strategic planning to ensure the thriving workforce supports business excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business goals.

**Systems and Procedures**:

- Establish and manage a streamlined HR system to enhance operations.

**Recruitment & Selection**:

- Optimise recruitment processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

**Employee Relations & HR Practice**:

- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and sick leave.
- Handle disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Review pay structures, benefits, and perks.
- Provide guidance to managers on Employee Relations and HR practices.

**Employee-Related Issues**:

- Advise and support managers on Employee Relations matters.
- Ensure adherence to grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Review and update equality and diversity strategies.
- Manage contract closures/renewals and adherence.

**Payroll**:

- Collate monthly payroll changes and benefit scheme administration.

**HR Metrics and Reporting**:

- Establish key HR metrics and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Utilise data insights for decision-making.

**HR Policies and Procedures**:

- Review, develop, and maintain HR policies in compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate policies for employee understanding and compliance.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis.
- Implement recognition and reward initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified; Level 7 desirable.
- 5+ years of UK HR experience, significant ER experience.
- Proficient in employment law and benefits.
- Experience in running payroll advantageous.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset in an ambiguous environment.
- Solution-oriented problem solver with effective communication skills.
