**Travel and Office Coordinator**

Mahindra Racing is a motor racing team based in Banbury, United Kingdom, competing with an Indian racing licence. The team is currently competing in the electric FIA Formula E Championship since the inaugural season in 2014.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing all travel coordination including race, test, and any other travelArrange all race and test team travel, including all flights, hotel, hire cars, visas etc

Compile and distribute event travel itineraries in good time before the event
Arrange any travel required for staff members attending off-site meetings or for consultants coming to the UK HQ
- Managing various aspects of the office facilities / administrationManage the overall site, looking after the general condition and presentation of the building and grounds

Arranging the repair of any breakages
Managing contractors such as the cleaners, grounds keepers, window cleaners etc
Arranging servicing and maintenance of building equipment, such as the HVAC system, air compressor, generator, fire alarm, access system, CCTV, building alarm, etc
Meter readings, energy usage etc
Managing the compliance of any Government regulations/requirements
- Managing the sustainability initiatives of the companyManaging the Health and Safety matters

Writing and updating the required risk assessments
Ensuring physical health and safety requirements are in place, maintained and updated as and when required
Implementing health and safety documentation which is missing, maintaining what there is and ensuring the company meets minimum standard and develop best practice
