Logistics and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized logistics coordinator to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and tracking hospitality for executive and employee guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel logistics, schedules, and hospitality.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Ongoing project management and tracking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Monthly financial statement reconciliation.
- A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to make informed decisions and think critically.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others is essential.
- This role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
- The workplace involves exposure to machinery, vehicles, and hazardous materials.
All employees must comply with the Company's Health and Safety Policy and relevant legislation.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
