**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the exciting, brand-new opportunity to join our Marketing team as Senior Social Media and Coordinator for our Katie Loxton brand.

You live and breathe social and are an expert in emerging trends, while keeping your feet firmly rooted in our target audience’s world. Always combining strategic thinking with creative flair, the Senior Social Media and Influencer Coordinator rreports to the Social Media & Influencer Manager and is responsible for executing the day-to-day management of our organic social channels and ambassador program priorities, helping hit our exponential growth targets.

You can predominantly work from home in this position, with regular visits to our Head Office in Banbury for key meetings and photoshoots. This role also involves travelling to location shoots on occasion too.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**

Social Media:

- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day admin across all our brand social channels, including planning, scheduling and responding to customers, driving follower growth, reach and engagement.
- Monitoring social platforms daily, requiring posting on the weekends, ensuring all posts are live, tagged correctly and product is in stock
- Being an extension of our brand voice on social media, ensuring we are engaging with our audience live and escalate any customer queries to our Customer Service team when needed.
- You are responsible for the management of the Katie Loxton social media calendar
- Participating in the development of new social media strategies and brand campaign planning throughout the year.
- Gathering data for weekly and monthly reporting, supporting the Social Media & Influencer Manager on reporting.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to create consistencies of content across organic and paid platforms

Content:

- Collaborating and working with the in-house creative team, to brief content for all social platforms, implementing a social first approach.
- Regularly create organic content for social channels including Instagram Reels and TikTok content. As well as attending events and photoshoots
- Writing engaging copy for social media posts in line with the social media content calendar; ensuring that all content and TOV is on brand.

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Minimum 3 years experience in social media and influencer marketing (experience of managing a global platform in the UK and US would be desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail, both creatively and numerically
- Creative flair and a passion for social media and content creation
- Ability to think global, while acting local
- Self motivated with excellent planning and organisation skills, managing calendars and campaign presentations
- Strong knowledge of social media metrics and software
- Strong copywriting skills, and an ability to adapt brand TOV
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Happy to work flexibly and with the ability to learn quickly and multi task
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about fashion and lifestyle
