**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting Healthappy. As the Social Media Coordinator for Healthappy, you will be responsible for the social media accounts, promotion of the company via these platforms, and effectively communicating how our app can enhance their well-being. We need someone passionate about helping employers help their employees improve their mental well-being.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the team to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement
- Manage any paid advertising for all main platforms
- Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc
- Keeping up trends on social media
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics

This role will be split between two companies, Healthappy, and an established construction company (ForceDry Limited) where your job will be similar and your time will be split 50/50.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience of at least 3 years in content writing and social media management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated & confident
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of MS office & mobile technology
- A genuine interest in promoting healthy living and construction.
- Adaptable and willingness
- Ability to work individually and comfortable with working remotely
- Full driving license (whilst this role is primarily work from home, you will be required in the office, OX15 6HW, once a week)

**Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary £22,000 - £30,000 - dependent on experience
- Up to 33 days holiday - including bank holidays (full time)
- Hybrid Working (Mainly remote working however, travel to the office in Banbury once a week may be required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,313.13-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
