Job Overview

The Facilities and Office Management Lead will be responsible for supporting the Plant Director and other teams in achieving the highest performance standards. This includes assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

You will also coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and maintain documents and records. Your responsibilities will include aligning agendas with key stakeholders, organising venues, transfers, lunch/dinner, and providing support during onboarding new Leadership Team members.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent planning, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivation, discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential. You should also be able to manage complex tasks and react to last-minute changes.
