Catering and Facilities Support Specialist

We require an experienced administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Catering & Facilities Department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks such as data entry, ordering provisions, and processing invoices.
You will need to maintain accurate records, produce reports, and handle telephone enquiries with ease.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, experience in data input, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A strong educational background and basic mathematical skills are necessary.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600.
The expected salary for this role is around £24,500 - £26,200 per year.
