Catering and Administrative Associate

We are committed to delivering compassionate excellence in patient care and are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Catering & Facilities Department.
As a Catering and Administrative Associate, you will provide administrative support to the department, ensuring the efficient operation of the team. Your responsibilities will include data entry, ordering provisions, and processing invoices. You will also provide administrative cover for other roles within the Horton Facilities team, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Microsoft Office software, spreadsheet management, and secretarial duties. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of catering stocks, produce recharges and invoices, and respond to telephone enquiries.
