Office Administrator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider that delivers a wide range of medical services.

This role will involve providing administrative support in the Catering & Facilities Department. Your responsibilities will include data entry, ordering provisions, and processing invoices.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and responding to telephone enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, experience in data input, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

A good standard of education and basic mathematical skills are essential.

We offer a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata.
