Role Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time role with flexibility.

Our service at SeeAbility provides support and services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and sight loss.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our service
  • Archiving paperwork
  • Collecting and inputting data
  • Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Handling information in line with data protection and confidentiality procedures
  • Good telephone manners and skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be over 18, undergo a DBS check, and provide two satisfactory references. You will also require safeguarding training and any role-specific training.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
