Supportive Pool Companion

We are seeking a supportive individual to join our team as a Swim Buddy Volunteer. This role involves accompanying people we support in the water, promoting fun and encouraging them to swim and play.
The time commitment is flexible, and one of our experienced Support Workers will always be present for guidance and to provide personal care for your buddy.
To be eligible for this position, you must be over 18 years old and possess excellent swimming skills. Additionally, you will need to undergo a DBS check and two satisfactory references before being confirmed in this volunteer role.
Please note that safeguarding training will be required, along with any specific training necessary for this role.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £22,000-£25,000, depending on the location and other factors.
