We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at The Ridings in Banbury.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be required to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including:

  • Providing dignified personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting during mealtimes, ensuring that residents receive their food and drink safely and comfortably
  • Offering sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people's lives, such as mobility, continence, and medication management
