Water-Based Buddy for People with Disabilities

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections with individuals who require extra support? Do you enjoy being in the water and want to make a positive difference in someone's life?
We invite applications from compassionate and confident individuals to become a Swim Buddy Volunteer. In this role, you will accompany people we support in the pool, promoting social interaction and aquatic activities.
One of our experienced Support Workers will be present to provide guidance and oversee the participant's care. To be eligible, you must be over 18, possess excellent swimming skills, and undergo a DBS check and two satisfactory references.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £20,500-£23,500, taking into account factors like location and experience.
