Support Worker Role

As a valued Support Worker with The Camden Society, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will provide personal and emotional support, help individuals develop new skills, and empower them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in their daily lives, helping them develop new skills and achieve their personal goals.
  • Provide personal and emotional support, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Help individuals plan and manage their own homes, support with leisure activities, employment, and travel.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create innovative support plans tailored to each individual's needs.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, annualised hours, guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, plus overtime opportunities.
