Care and Support Professional

Radis Community Care is seeking a part-time Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team based in Park Gardens, Banbury. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the benefits of an in-house Bistro and Gym.
About the Role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support customers aged 55 and above, enabling them to maintain their independence.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to participate in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and in groups.
The role aims to promote customers' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standard of care.
Varying shifts are available, including 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and alternate weekends.
