We are recruiting a part-time Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 11 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Facilities Maintenance Assistants, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our clients and customers.


About the Position:
  • Collaborating with our cleaning and facilities teams to ensure environments meet the required safety and hygiene standards
  • Undertaking tasks such as dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Regularly sanitising surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses
  • Providing support with additional cleaning duties, including mopping up spillages and emptying bin waste
  • Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies to maintain optimal levels

Salary: circa £10-14 per hour

Key Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to working in a hands-on environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential
  • A willingness to work flexibly
