Office Administrator

**We are hiring an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients ever increasing workforce in Newbury town centre. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.**
**Shift Available**:
- 08:30am -17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
**Pay Rate**:
- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE)
**Duties Include**:
- Manage portfolios of high-profile clients
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Work closely alongside the Contracts Department
- Ensuring costings are completed prior to final invoicing
- Complete monthly reports
**Skills Required**:
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 1-year minimum experience in customer service
- Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing
- Excellent organisational skills
- GCSE Mathematics and English is essential
- Flexible approach to work
- Driving Licence would be an advantage
