Contracts Administrator

Main purpose of job

To provide efficient and timely administration support to the managers, ensuring that consistent processes are used in accordance with White Horse Contractors Quality Management System.

Relationships

Reporting to the Office & Compliance Manager & Contract Managers, offering administration assistance to all staff.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- General support for Contract Managers e.g. preparing documentation, purchase orders, job set up, maintaining job code list, preparing O&M manuals
- Administration support for Office & Compliance Manager
- Manage all portals for project searches
- Rationalise and maintain filing system, both paper and electronic
- Follow quality procedures and highlight opportunities for improvement

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. The role will evolve as you work to assist the team meet the overall business objectives of the Company.

Person specification
- Good level of English, written and spoken
- IT literate
- Reliable
- Able to prioritise tasks and see through to completion
- Attention to detail, accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
