**The role**

We are now looking for an organised and capable individual on a part-time basis, with relevant experience, to provide straightforward administration and basic finance support across two different parts of our business; BSP Tex Ltd and Tex ATC Ltd.

BSP TEX Ltd is a leader in the design and manufacture of road repair and foundation preparation equipment for the construction industry and TEX ATC Ltd is a smaller niche division specialising in production & installation of Air Traffic Control rooms within the aviation and marine sectors.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Managing & filtering incoming calls and enquiries
- Quality control document preparation & production of paperwork
- Obtaining quotes & preparation of associated documentation
- Completing purchase orders and invoice matching/entry; system updates & data management
- Purchase Ledger statement reconciliation (must therefore be numerically confident)
- Supplier & customer communication in relation to delivery updates
- Collate material approval submittal documents
- Electronic filing & document management
- Customer/Supplier information/account updating
- Archiving and data management
- An organised and systematic approach to tasks and confidence in numeracy & literacy
- Good attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies and use own initiative in problem-solving
- Strong IT skills including Windows packages, including Excel
- Clear verbal & written communication skills and good proof-reading abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
- Work well independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
