**Student Support Officer (Admissions and Accommodation)**

**Location**:INTO Lancaster University

**Salary**:£27,253- £34,498 Depending on Experience

**Contract Type**:Permanent, Full-time

As the Student Support Officer, your main responsibilities include maintaining and implementing administration processes in relation to student accommodation, for UKVI license compliance, responding to applicant inquiries, recording activities in the CRM system, supporting agent visits and events, collaborating with the finance department on payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with attendance monitoring systems, and maintaining knowledge of UKVI requirements.

You will Help potential student and their families understand the programmes offered by INTO and the progression requirements for potential University courses.

**Some of Your Key Responsibilities will Include**:

- Provide relevant pre-arrival and registration information to students and education counsellors/agents.
- Work with the wider Support Services team to develop and organise induction and arrival events for students.
- Act as the main point of contact for the centre’s communications with the Lancaster University Accommodation Team.
- Act as the primary centre contact for accommodation enquiries from applicants and current student.
- Allocate students appropriately to residential accommodation using relevant systems (as and when required).
- Provide relevant information as required by senior management, stakeholders, and colleagues in a timely and effective manner.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with international students and the Academic English Team.

You will have good knowledge of PC’s (Windows, Apple, Android), Microsoft Office and will be expected to understand and follow documented procedures.
