Student Support Coordinator

Promoting social inclusion and reducing exclusion by supporting vulnerable learners with challenging behaviour is a core aspect of this Behaviour Support Worker role. You will be based in a secondary school near Lancaster and will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
About the Role- Work with students in small groups or one-to-one basis
- Develop individualised support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff
