Promoting Student Success is at the heart of everything we do at Prospero Teaching. As a Student Success Facilitator, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this vision.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with students to identify areas where they need additional support, developing tailored plans to address these needs, and providing ongoing guidance and feedback to help them progress.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and contributing to the development of new educational programs and resources.

With a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to take on a leadership role within our organization.
