Part-Time Learning Facilitator

As a part-time teaching assistant in our Lancaster team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of primary and secondary school students. You will work closely with experienced teachers, assist with lesson planning, and provide individualized support to students. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students during lessons, providing individualized support and promoting academic achievement
• Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lesson plans, meeting the diverse needs of students
• Help students with assignments and classroom materials, enhancing their understanding and skills
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to thrive academically and personally
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled as a University of Cumbria student in Lancaster
• Demonstrated passion for education and commitment to working with young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other educational professionals
Salary: £17,000 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
