Ad Hoc Lesson Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Ad Hoc Lesson Leader to work with students in local secondary schools across the Lancaster area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading lessons of approximately 30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher. The lesson will always be planned and provided in advance, and you will be expected to facilitate the class's learning, manage classroom behaviour, and provide a handover to the absent teacher.
The successful candidate will be offered FREE comprehensive training to equip them with the skills needed to excel in this role. If you are passionate about education and supporting young people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
