Office Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception and Front Office**:

- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls and provide information to callers.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events within the project controls team.
- Provide support to team members as needed.

**Invigilation**:

- Support the invigilation process during examinations, ensuring a secure and organized environment.
- Adhere to established invigilation protocols and guidelines.

**Office Link**:

- Act as a link between the project controls team and other departments.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between team members and external stakeholders.

**Facilities Management**:

- Ensure the site is clean, tidy and safe.
- Undertake fire safety protocols and first aid if needed.
- RIsk assess to ensure health and safety and log to management company any issues.

**London-Based Work**:

- Be available to work from the college as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues in person and through virtual communication channels.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
