Assessment Channel Marketer

Overview:
The Assessment Channel Marketer in RM Assessment is responsible for developing and executing Marketing Plans that drive engagement and growth through our sector channels in support of Go to Market Strategies. The Channel Marketer will work closely with Sector Heads and Business Development Managers to understand the Sector needs and Go To Market Strategy. This role demands an experienced marketer with a proven track record in developing and delivering innovative and effective marketing campaigns that deliver demonstrable engagement with target markets and promote the RM Assessment brand identity.
This individual will report to the Senior Marketing Manager as part of a Marketing team of 4-5 supporting all of RM Assessment’s Marketing needs. They will look to the Senior Marketing Manager for day to day support and guidance in performing their role and for coaching in their professional development as a Marketer. They will work with the Senior Marketing Manager and other Marketers across the team to ensure that they have the resources, processes and wider business support in place to perform their job and deliver to targeted outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Sector Marketing Plans**:
- Collaborate with the Sector Head and Business Development Managers to develop sector marketing plans that support the sector Go to Market Strategy and growth plans.
- Understand the needs and trends of the sector and create and promote a differentiating message for RM’s target proposition(s).
- Provide and deliver sector aligned plans for compelling collateral and content that supports the RM brand and the key sector messaging.
- Communicate plans and resource needs to the Senior Marketing Manager. Adapt if needed to ensure resources, processes and roles are effectively used in accordance with the overall Marketing Strategy defined by the Senior Marketing Manager.
**Campaign Development and Execution**:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive demand and promote products and services to target markets and customers.
- Demonstrate effective use of inbound/outbound channels as well as online and offline marketing tailored to the specific nature of the sector and target market.
- Create, measure and manage a channel focused approach to SEO/SEM - demonstrating effective ability to reach and engage with target markets online.
- Work with content and social media specialists within the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and messages are effectively promoted and supported through digital channels in alignment with Marketing team best practices and processes.
- Advise and support use of events and conferences to promote and engage target customers and sectors ad demonstrate customer engagement and lead generation.
**Sales Enablement**:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide relevant marketing materials, content, and resources to support targeted sales efforts.
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and metrics for review with business development teams to measure and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and other marketing activities.
**Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay current with sector trends, priorities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and target areas for growth within the sector.
- Understand the competitor landscape in the sector. Review competitor products, services and marketing activities to ensure RM’s own offer remains a step ahead.
**Relationship Management**:
- Work with Business Development teams to ensure CRM systems and content are managed and maintained in line with best practice agreed across the Business Growth team.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to recording and managing all customer interactions from contact through to pipeline across the target market sectors.
