**Facilities Coordinator** - Temp - Perm Contract to start ASAP.

Location: Winson Green, Birmingham (B18)

Hours of Work: 8.00am - 4.30pm - Mon - Fri

Salary - £12.01ph (£25,000pa)

Our client, a highly regarded organisation in Birmingham, is seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team. If you have a knack for coordination, scheduling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity might be perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to a team of engineers daily
- Dealing with inbound & outbound calls
- System daily management, processing orders
- Job updates and file auditing
- Set up quotation & maintain records.
- Produce costing sheets, proposals and relating documentation ready for issue.
- Schedule meetings and keep minute recordings to distribute, act as the point of contact for all participants.
- Scanning, recording, and filing documents and relating correspondence.
- Raise invoices as requested and distribute in line with correct procedure.
- Organising diaries and route planning for visits
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheet data accurately
- Keeping customers informed about appointments.
- Previous experience in administration / scheduling roles
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Clear and confident telephone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Facilities management: 3 years (preferred)
