Scruffy Dog Creative Group’s cutting-edge production facility in Birmingham has an exciting opening for an experienced administrative/project coordinator. We’re looking for a hard-working and experienced individual to help organise the day-to-day administrative duties arising from high-end projects for the biggest names in the entertainment resort and experience design industries.

Scruffy Dog Creative Group is a world-leading entertainment design & realisation company.

We are experts in Experience Design and Creative Build for Theme Parks, Waterparks, Resorts, Attractions, Museums, Live & Experiential Events, and TV & Film.

We currently work from creative studios in London, Barcelona, and Dubai and operate an extensive, state-of-the-art Creative Build Production facility in Birmingham, UK.

Due to continued expansion, our Birmingham office is looking for an experienced administrative/Project coordinator.
- Supporting the framework/project managers across the business to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of project documentation to ensure a picture of accurate progress at any point in time.
- Liaising with clients, internal colleagues and other parties to ensure project deliverables and actions are progressed/completed.
- Supporting the Managing Director with Personal Assistant duties when needed.
- Ensure that all messages are passed to the relevant member of staff, keeping the accuracy of details.
- Responding to messages within the required company time frames.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for visitors and clients.
- Ensure the conference rooms are presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Attending meetings ensuring that support documentation is available for review, taking of the meeting notes.
- Undertake any other duties as and when required to meet the operational requirements.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Educated to a good standard.
- Administrative/ Secretarial experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel etc
- Experience of writing/typing letters, memos and meeting notes in an efficient and accurate manner and format.
- Effective organisation and time management skills.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
