**Job Description**:

- Facilities and Training Coordinator - Warehousing - Major Tech Giant
- £28,000 between Hams Hall and East Midlands Gateway sites

- Are you an experienced Facilities and Training Coordinator who wants to work with a leading 3PL warehousing business? Paying an attractive salary of £28,000 per year + benefits you be a key point of contact for Facilities and Training across the warehouse operations in their 'Tech' business unit as well as liaising with a range of external contractors where appropriate.
- Your role will be very hands on working in the warehousing facility offering guidance and advice in facilities and training.
- You will be highly organised in supporting bookings, scheduling of courses and venues, resources and materials, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the team whilst managing your own diary.
- Reporting to the Facilities and Training Manager your duties will include;
- " Develop & maintain content, by operating various audio/visual technologies used in the delivery of instructional and/or interactive programs and courses for training
- " Attend and participate in training and other professional development activity
- " Work closely with 'Business Management Team' to help continually assess employee progression and competencies.
- " Support the education and development of current and propose future designs to suit new business ventures in relation 'best practice' processes and techniques
- " Communicate with the company, and individual teams, to keep them informed of the online learning goals, vision, objectives, and integrations
- " Continuously review and improve system processes and content
- " Source and work closely with appropriate external vendors to ensure efficient creation of content resource
- " Ensure quality systems are followed at all times
- " Provide daily tactical support at all times.
- " Complete all traceability of records through accurate and timely completion of all documentation within the remit of your role.
- " Understand and adheres to all safety as per company policy.
- " Works with mínimal instructions and direct supervision.
- " Design, create and implement a Training Report system if not readily available, enhance any current systems in order to produce accurate and timely reporting from the Training coordinator function.
- " Become the Expert in the organisation of management processes, Training Records and Data Recording, carry out timely audits and inspections of development practices and improvements made.
- " Serve as the principal trainer for the tech function, support, and train existing trainers across the function to maintain service delivery standards are achieved.
- " Guide the organisation in the preparation of functional training requirements in Operations for the New Products area or delivery lines.
- " Can create procedures and/or collaborate regarding the training processes (management of training materials, training records, Operator Certification, archival of training records, audit processes, etc.).
- " Communicate any situation related to the company to the following management level.
- " Evaluate site's needs and perform an analysis of the tasks as support for the development of training programs, technical areas, systems, etc.
- " Work with the site's departments for the development of training programs that cover the compliance requirements of each position.
- " Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Information Security, Site Security and GDPR.
- " Report on Performance of Trainee's
- " Any other duties which are reasonable and appropriate.
- The Facilities and Training Coordinator must be able to drive as you will at times go between Hams Hall and EMG sites.- **Pertemps**:
