We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as **Warranty Admin** at our **Milton Keynes** branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.

**Duties**:

- Ensure warranty compliance of paperwork presented prior to claim progression
- All submissions reflect correct data
- Acting upon claims discrepancies on daily basis to ensure successful and prompt payment
- To stay up to date with all Warranty notifications and updates from our manufacturer partner
- To liaise with dealership staff to ensuring all information on job pack is correct. This includes but is not limited to; a full write up to manufacture standards, car mileage and technician signatures.
- To ensure all work has been authorised by the customer, evidenced by a signature, and that all supporting evidence is attached to the job card before any claim is made.
- To liaise with departments in order to ensure prior approval process is followed.
- Attend and maintain manufacture training as and when required.
- Check for any returned or rejected claims daily and rectify via liaising with the accounts department.

- Accurately reconciling warranty credits and correctly administer discrepancies and short-falls/rejected claims
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Fully computer literate
