**Job Purpose**:
To provide a comprehensive administration service for the school.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
To assist the School Business Manager and Senior Administration in the provision of efficient and effective administration and clerical support services, particularly HR.

To book and record Training courses for staff

Cover receptionist duties when required, provide the first line contact between school and the community.

To prepare teaching and communication resources by laminating, cutting and sticking.

To catalogue resources electronically.

To provide administrative support to the Curriculum Leads.

Input Assessment Data.

To provide secretarial, typing, general computer/data input/retrieval services.

To fully utilise the IT facilities and modern technology.

To provide an effective and efficient mail and distribution service, including the preparation of the weekly newsletter and text messaging service where appropriate.

To provide routine clerical support such as photocopying, filing and stationery issue.

Generate standard reports.

To Assist the receptionist in the arrangement for meetings:

- Ensure visitors, deliveries, telephone calls and incoming and outgoing mail is managed effectively.
- Managing the bookings for each room, to include the Therapy Suite.
- Organise rooms/furniture as required.
- Provide relevant equipment, where required.
- Make arrangements for refreshments and serve as required.
- Organise clinics for the School Nurses and Therapy team.

To manage the bookings of the school vehicles, maintaining diaries and ensuring access is equitable.
