- **About the role **_

Due to commercial success leading to growth and an increase in workload we are currently recruiting for a personable, friendly Administrator with excellent Customer Service experience skills to join our busy office based in Barnstaple.

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team and become a valued member of a successful organisation.

The main duties within this role will be processing of sales orders onto a SAP system alongside any administrative requirements, therefore a high level of accuracy and administration competence is essential whilst providing top level customer service via digital and telephone. _(Full in-house training will be provided)_
- **Key Job Functions **_
- Processing orders within SAP System
- Sending accurate confirmations to customers with key details code, price, due date & delivery address
- Ensuring all orders are approved & available to despatch for picking in good time.
- Answer and distribute phone calls coming into the Sales Office to the relevant person/department.
- Changing and updating of sales orders based upon customer request after confirmation sent.
- Sending of Pro-forma invoices to customers.

- Stock availability requests
- Pricing requests
- Other Requirements: Previous use/knowledge of SAP and customer service experience would be an advantage but not a necessity. _

Salary £22,308 - £22,680 per annum *depending on experience.
