**Job description**
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Processing expenses sheets and invoices
- Covering the reception desk when requested
- Maintaining computer and manual filing system
- Provide information to internal colleagues or external enqers
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential
- Coordinating office procuders
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administration problems
- Answering telephone calls and passing them on
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
- Greeting and assisting visitors at the office
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of of colleages
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £8.00-£10.50 per hour
