Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Business Development Manager to work in their leading facility in Telford.

**For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering**:
- Permanent role with a highly progressive Manufacturing business
- Starting salary of up to £40,000
- Days based role 8am-5pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays
- Company car allowance or car - Depending on Preference
- Healthcare package following a successful probation period
**The Role - Business Development Manager**:
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers
- Achieving sales targets
- Sending out quotes to potential customers and storing correctly in the system
- Managing customers accordingly
- Visiting customers and identifying their needs
- Building relationships with customers
- Chasing up sales enquiries
- Generating of Sales reports on a monthly basis
- Reporting into the Sales Director
- Responsible for costing of contracts
**What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager**:
- Somebody from a Sheet Metal / Fasteners / Metal work back ground
- **ESSENTIAL**:

- Confident in making Cold Calls to potential new customers

- Full UK Licence - **ESSENTIAL**:

- Happy with travelling to sales visits with clients

- Previous Business Development experience
