Principal Accountabilities

Team- Set up of team meetings and organising social events-
- Supporting managers with monitoring status of compliance eg training, arranging performance review meetings

General finance admin- Preparation and management of purchase orders for Finance related expenses.- Supporting the finance team on the goods receipting process- First point of contact for suppliers with queries on purchase orders- Responding to queries from UK finance on open purchase orders- Administration of the Finance Operations Teams site.-
- Ensuring correct presentation of documents in line with current branding and templates.- General management of small projects within the Finance team - organising status meetings, tracking actions and driving progress- Maintaining the data base of current engagement agreements

Assistance to the senior team- Meeting organisation.- Arranging internal and external meetings- Room bookings- Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation- Expenses- Arranging Finance meetings, preparing agendas and meeting documents- Taking minutes & actions from Finance meetings as required

Monthly reporting coordination- Maintaining the monthly reporting calendar- Setting up of monthly controller meetings- Roll forward of monthly reporting instructions and collation of updates/new sections from the Finance team.- Assisting the Group Accounting team with the monitoring of the monthly finance close process-
- Monitoring of the group mailboxes

Key relationships

The role will report to Jo Crow. Key relationships will include:
- Head of Finance Operations- Group head of tax- Senior members of the Finance Operations team - eg Head of shared services, Treasury, Controls lead, UK finance team- Group finance coordinator- UK finance team
