**GENERAL JOB FUNCTION**
Full Time Telephone Operator handling all inbound calls that cover a variety of topics as well as initiating outbound telesales calls.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
Manage inbound customer service and order handling enquiries including but not exclusive to the following duties:
- Handle all inbound calls relating to customer enquiries.
- Initiate outbound telesales calls to upsell to existing customers our product range
- Call our delivery partners to obtain delivery updates and reach out to customers with those updates
- Learn about the products and make suggestions on what other telesales opportunities there are with the current product range.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service **(essential).**:
- 2 years of experience working as a telephone operator and in a telesale role.**(Essential)**:
- Highly skilled in Excel must perform V-Look Ups and Index Matching (this will be tested at the interview stage). (**Essential)**:
- At least 2 years of experience using a customer service ticketing platform, e.g. Gorgias, Freshdesk.**(Essential)**:
- 2 Years Experience in conflict resolution **(Essential)**:
- Computer savvy and skilled at using online software platforms.
- Must be a responsible and reliable individual
- Good telephone manners and problem solver.
**CONDITIONS OF SERVICE**
All work will be undertaken at our office in SE10 0YJ
Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
